Admissions Process
Fortune School of Education (FSE) admits students who excel academically and demonstrate potential in education. Our selective admissions process considers academic records, interview performance, relevant experience, and preparation in the applicant’s chosen field. Applicants submit an application, fee, CV/resume, transcripts, recommendations, and additional materials listed on our website and Catalog. Screened candidates may be invited to a panel interview with FSE faculty and staff.
 
School Leadership Program Overview
The School Leadership Program is a one-year, intensive pathway to a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. It prepares educational leaders for high-need schools through 200 hours of coursework, field supervision, and an educational leadership project. Candidates complete all three cycles of the California Administrator Performance Assessment (CalAPA).
 
Credentialing Options
 
  • Preliminary Credential: For candidates with an administrative position, verified by form CL777 from their employer.
 
  • Certificate of Eligibility: For candidates without an administrative position, upgradeable to a Preliminary Credential once a position is secured.

Fortune School of Education offers a pay-as-you-go model where program completer's graduate debt-free.

  • Pay Each Semester on a Payment Schedule 
    • $500 non-refundable registration fee
